Access to h5bj and all of its products — including live dealer casino games, slot machines, crash games, and sports betting — is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.

h5bj enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all products. During the account verification process, h5bj may request government-issued identification documents to confirm your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by h5bj may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the h5bj platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your h5bj account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

• You must use your own personal details — registering under another person's identity is prohibited.
• Account sharing is not permitted. You must not allow any other person to access or operate your h5bj account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• You must notify h5bj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

h5bj applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).

All financial transactions on the h5bj platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). h5bj does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform's side; however, your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which h5bj bears no responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. h5bj reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership.
• h5bj does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, borrowed funds, or third-party accounts.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method selected.
• h5bj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal request will be approved.

h5bj offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. • Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing deposit limits, or evading account restrictions.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal details, using another person's identity, or impersonating another player or staff member.

• Money laundering: Using the h5bj platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at h5bj staff or other players through any channel.

All content on the h5bj platform — including but not limited to the h5bj brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, audio elements, and software — is the intellectual property of h5bj or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h5bj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any h5bj content without express written permission.
• Use the h5bj brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by h5bj.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the h5bj platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the h5bj platform.

The game content available on h5bj is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios and their licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5bj shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the h5bj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

h5bj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6.

• Confirmed or suspected use of the account by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure at your request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to h5bj's operating entity. Any disputes not resolved through the complaints process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
